The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopees buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.Job Description:Monitor our channel for sellers (Shopee Live, Affiliate Marketing Solution, Shopee Video and Seller Affiliate program), reporting and tracking, review performance and budget, and oversee execution.Identify and improve on day-to-day process flow, to collaborate and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholdersInitiate channel strategy and features improvementKeep on track with market trend (competitive intelligence, competitor, benchmarking, etc)Collaboration and coordination across team membersManage communication and good rapport with key stakeholdersRequirements:Bachelors degree in any field is required.1-4 years of working experience in a strategy/management consulting / startup / e-commerce role is preferred.Strong analytical skills and critical thinking - able to breakdown problem statements into sub-tasks and actionable itemsGood verbal and written communication - including good powerpoint and excel skillsBe able to work both as individual contributor as well as team players
